  Um, Yes It's Ok. Ordered a tall Mocha Cookie Crumble. It got much better when I was able to finally taste the milk. It was super thick at first.
  I will say this place is really nice inside and super clean. Staff was really friendly too. I'll come back to this location but will definitely order a different beverage.

  This Starbucks is brand new, dual leveled and located right off of 285.
  Only open about a month now, this place stays packed, both upstairs and down.
  
  The staff are friendly and helpful.
  I was delighted when they replaced my tumbler that got stuck closed for free and offered me a complimentary drink.
  I got a brand new pink tumbler and I totally love it!

  4/14/19 12:45 p.m window staff. Seeing the reviews of this Starbucks deplete with stars is understandable after our rude experience with the barista at the window. There are way to many Starbucks in the area to give business to someone who obviously doesn't know what customer service is. Our business will be taken elsewhere.

  The man working the drive thru on April 14, 2019 @12:45pm was super rude. I've never actually experienced such terrible customer service at a Starbucks in my life. This man should not be working here, let alone in customer service. My husband and I went to the drive thru and I ordered my drink. The man was very rude and basically told me to let another person order because he couldn't hear me. Never before have I had someone speak to me in such a rude tone let alone at a Starbucks drive thru. If you have trouble hearing, simply say that and don't bark orders at the customer. We left and went to a different Starbucks. I ordered just fine and in the same manner as before. I would like to follow up with this Starbucks manager because starbucks gets a bad enough rap and this type of rude character shouldn't be accepted.

  This is a new Starbucks location, directly off-of Roswell Road, to the right hand side when heading towards highway 285.  It is 2-stories, with the upper level being designated as a studying/seating area.
  
  This Starbucks location does have a drive through, which is extremely convenient.  I've utilized both the drive through and ordered inside and have not encountered any issues so-far.  I will say though, that the temperature within the store is generally really cold, as in unbearably freezing.  Hope that they reconfigure that setup, but everything else is what would be expected from a Starbucks.
